Stand at the counter of an actual restaurant, and once you don the white coat and traditional hat typically worn by sushi chefs, you'll feel completely like one.
Our experienced sushi chefs will provide careful instruction, so even first-timers can enjoy making delicious sushi.

Skilled Tamazushi chefs will demonstrate and teach you in an easy-to-understand manner, from how to form the rice to how to place the toppings.

Change Clothes / Wash Hands
Put on a special white coat and a Japanese chef's hat, and wash your hands thoroughly, just like a craftsman.
Artisan Demonstration
First, a professional chef will demonstrate. They will explain tips for holding the rice and using your fingers.
Nigiri experience starts
It's time to put it into practice! You'll be making your own sushi using the fresh ingredients provided.
Tasting and Certificate Award Ceremony
Everyone enjoyed eating the sushi they had made. Finally, we handed out "Certificates of Completion" and dismissed the group.
Your Reservation

The final date for accepting changes is the day before the reservation date.
If this deadline is missed, you will be charged for the meals of the cancelled guests.
■ For complete cancellations
The final date for accepting cancellations is the day before the reservation date.
If this deadline is missed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for the reserved number of guests will be charged.
