Established in Taisho 13 (1924). The oldest and most historic brand in Tsukiji. Currently operating 18 Tsukiji Tamasushi restaurants, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Sapporo and Nagoya.

How to Enjoy Tsukiji Tamasushi

With the chef standing right before you, slicing the fish and meticulously forming each piece of sushi, a counter seat is truly the best place to admire their beautiful "handiwork" up close. Enjoy the freshly made, exquisite sushi with all five senses, along with the lively atmosphere conveyed across the glass display case.

While upholding reliable traditional techniques, we are never unapproachable. Our greatest appeal is that you can enjoy authentic Edo-style sushi "casually," without having to stand on ceremony.
