 “Zuke Tuna” uses Tamasushi’s secret marinade. We invite you to compare the three types of our proud flavor.

Tuna is high in protein and low in fat. Protein is a nutrient necessary for muscle repair and regeneration, and helps relieve summer fatigue.

 “Zuke Tuna” was a traditional preservation method for Edo-style sushi, but with Tamasushi’s secret marinade made with tuna flakes, the umami and flavor of the lean tuna are doubled. For a refreshing finish, please enjoy grated yuzu.

 “Zuke Toro” Unlike lean tuna, by marinating the sticky “toro” which has less moisture, you can enjoy the delicate and refreshing richness of the fat.

 “Aburi Zuke Toro” When the surface of the extra-thick marinated fatty tuna is seared, the aroma also increases. Served with grated daikon and yuzu, it’s a truly satisfying dish!
